  15. Install this demo XTension™ by copying it into the same folder as your copy of QuarkXPress® 3.2
  16.

Within the XTension, select the type of bar code you want to create.  If this were the real deal, not a demo copy, the XTension would create an EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) file and place it into the current file. The demo writes out a dummy EPS file. It will display and print normally but is unuseable as a bar code on a real package or cover.
